1. Product Overview

WF-YL11-056 PTFE frame sight flow indicator is a corrosion-resistant inline visual flow monitor independently developed by TechWF. The body frame adopts high-purity PTFE (Teflon), paired with a transparent borosilicate glass sight tube, built-in high-visibility red anti-corrosion impeller, fixed and reinforced by stainless steel pull rods. It features excellent chemical inertness, 360° panoramic viewing, and internal impeller rotation feedback to judge medium flow status in real time.

This sight indicator is designed for harsh corrosive working conditions. When corrosive medium flows through the pipeline, the fluid drives the red impeller to rotate continuously, which can directly confirm normal circulation; once flow interruption, backflow or pipeline blockage occurs, the impeller stops rotating to remind operators to troubleshoot. It is widely used in strong corrosive chemical dosing systems, pickling & plating lines, chemical waste liquid pipelines, precision agricultural pesticide and fertilizer delivery, marine chemical auxiliary pipelines and special industrial anti-corrosion circulation systems.

Every unit is tested for sealing, pressure resistance and acid-base corrosion before delivery. It can steadily adapt to most strong acid, strong alkali and strong oxidizing media, solving the failure problem of ordinary metal or plastic sight glasses under corrosive fluid.
