It adopts integrated hot-forged H59 solid brass horizontal straight body, symmetrical dual BSP/NPT internal thread ends, unique hemispherical dome borosilicate sight window and dual-color anti-corrosion floating ball indicator. The convex dome glass delivers 180° ultra-wide panoramic viewing angle with zero blind spots, allowing operators to observe pipeline flow state from any side. This sight glass is integrally hot-forged from solid H59 brass alloy with seamless smooth inner cavity, symmetrical full internal threads support bidirectional screw-on assembly to match all standard female threaded pipe fittings. The protruding hemispherical dome transparent window expands internal observation space, equipped with high-contrast red & blue PP float balls. When medium flows forward following the directional arrow, fluid buoyancy lifts the dual floats to display normal circulation; if flow stops or reverses, the float balls sink fully to the bottom to alert staff of pipeline cut-off, empty pipe and backflow risk.
