WF-FQ11-032 dome window internal thread float ball sight flow indicator is a mini compact panoramic inline visual flow monitor independently developed by TechWF. It adopts integrated precision cast 304 stainless steel horizontal straight body, symmetrical dual BSP/NPT internal thread ports, unique hemispherical dome transparent sight window and dual-color anti-corrosion floating ball indicator. The convex dome glass delivers ultra-wide 180° panoramic viewing angle, easy to observe flow status from all sides, widely applied in industrial equipment micro cooling, light neutral fine chemical, agricultural greenhouse branch irrigation, HVAC heating, yacht and coastal marine small-bore threaded auxiliary pipeline systems.

This sight glass is integrally seamless cast from 304 stainless steel straight cavity, symmetrical dual full internal threads support bidirectional screw installation. The protruding hemispherical dome borosilicate glass enlarges internal observation space, equipped with red & blue high contrast PP float balls. When medium flows following the built-in arrow mark, fluid buoyancy lifts the float balls to display normal circulation; floats sink to bottom to remind operators of pipeline cut-off, empty pipe and reverse flow. It provides economical real-time flow visual monitoring for small circulation pumps, micro dosing pipelines, greenhouse irrigation sub-lines and yacht auxiliary cooling loops, effectively preventing pump dry-running, cavitation and heat exchanger overheating damage.

All finished units pass hydraulic burst pressure testing, salt spray anti-corrosion aging testing, thread sealing leakage testing and hot-cold alternating cycle validation before factory delivery, maintaining stable zero-leak continuous operation under purified water, glycol, neutral weak solvent and low-salinity seawater media worldwide.
