WF-FQ11-27 double-sided disassembly vertical T-type internal thread float ball sight flow indicator is a heavy-duty fully maintainable inline visual flow monitor independently developed by TechWF. It adopts integrated precision cast 304 stainless steel vertical T cylindrical body, horizontal symmetrical dual BSP/NPT internal thread ports, top & bottom double detachable hexagonal sight flange, built-in anti-corrosion dual-color floating ball indicator. The double-end split structure realizes full cavity access for complete cleaning and component replacement, widely applied in industrial precision cooling, medium corrosive fine chemical, large-scale agricultural irrigation, HVAC central heating, yacht and coastal marine threaded auxiliary pipeline systems.
This sight glass is integrally seamless cast from 304 stainless steel vertical T cavity, horizontal dual identical internal threads support bidirectional screw installation. Unique upper and lower hexagonal detachable flanges enable full disassembly of the entire sight cavity without cutting pipelines, allowing full extraction of float balls, filter screens and sealing parts for deep sanitization and replacement. When fluid flows along the marked arrow, buoyancy lifts the high-contrast float ball to display normal circulation; the float sinks to the bottom to warn of cut-off, empty pipe or reverse flow. It provides full-cycle maintainable flow monitoring for precision cooling pumps, chemical dosing pipelines, farm branch irrigation lines and yacht auxiliary cooling loops, eliminating blockage risks from medium sediment and avoiding pump dry-running & equipment overheating failure.
